In Germany, it is generally not common to skip courses or classes. The education system is structured in a way that students are expected to attend all classes and complete all required coursework. However, there may be some flexibility for students who have already completed similar coursework or have relevant experience, and they may be able to receive credit for those courses. This would typically require approval from the academic institution and may involve an assessment of the student's prior learning. **

In GTA Online, you may not be able to target specific people because the game is designed to prevent players from directly targeting and attacking other players unless they are engaged in a specific game mode or activity that allows for player versus player combat. This is done to maintain a balanced and fair gameplay experience for all players and to prevent griefing and harassment. Additionally, targeting specific players for attack could lead to disruptions in the game's open-world environment and create an unfair advantage for certain players. **

Additionally, standardized test scores and evaluations from educators can also play a role in the decision-making process. **

Tanks do not target automatically. They require human input to identify and engage targets. Tank operators use various sensors and targeting systems to locate and track potential threats, and then they manually aim and fire the tank's weapons. While some modern tanks may have advanced targeting and fire control systems, the decision to engage a target is ultimately made by the tank crew. **
